Credits and subscriptions

To subscribe to Numerous go to Organization > Subscription in the sidebar. Only owners in the organization can see this page.

To add credits go to Organization > Subscription in the sidebar and click Top up. Only owners in the organization can see this page.

Credits

Credits is the internal currency on the Numerous platform. When you use Numerous you consume cloud resources. You use credits to pay for the cloud resources you use on Numerous. All organizations on the free tier get free credits for use on the platform every month. To see the current pricing and terms go to numerous.com/pricing (opens in a new tab).

3 things consume credits on Numerous:

• Job runs
• File storage
• Time series data storage

Job runs

When you run a job on the Numerous platform you consume credits. The credits you spend are calculated at 5-minute intervals. You can see how many credits your job runs costs per minute on the performance class you want to use.

File storage

We charge credits for storing your files. The rate for this is low, so you should not avoid uploading files for this reason.

Time series data storage

We use a high-performance database for storing time series data. When you run jobs and store data on scenarios you add up time series data. Go to the credits page to get an overview of how much time series data Numerous stores.

Credit transactions

Credit transactions are the events that stem from either adding or consuming credits. To view your transaction history go to Organization > Credits in the sidebar. you can filter the transaction view by clicking the filter icon above the transaction table.
