Tool Gallery

To see the gallery of tools go to Tools in the sidebar:

Use tool button

On each card in the Tool Gallery there is a Use tool button. This button is a shortcut to quickly create a scenario. In the Use tool menu you can create projects and groups too in your chosen workspace.

The Use tool button is also available on the tool settings.

Setting the tool gallery image

Go to Development in the sidebar. Find the Tool you want to work with.

Scroll down to Tool files. Upload an image file. When the image file is uploaded you can set is as the tool image by howering over the file and clicking the Set as tool image button to the right:

Publishing tools to the gallery

To publish a tool to the gallery go to the tool under Development in the sidebar. On the edit tool page scroll down. Under Tool access set the status to Published. To unpublish the tool set the status to Draft.
